Delayed or Lost Delivery
We despatch all orders via the Royal Mail 48 Tracked service. Although Royal Mail aims to deliver parcels within 2-3 days of despatch, unfortunately from time-to-time a delivery may be delayed or lost by the postal service.
Please allow 15 days from the day you placed your order. If your parcel has still not arrived, contact us using the form below quoting your order number. We will submit a claim to Royal Mail and send you a replacement after 15 days from the original order date.
We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause for you. Although we endeavour to always provide the best possible service to you, the service of third providers is out of our hands.
It is your responsibility to ensure you provide the correct full address including door number or house name, street address and postal code when placing an order.
If your parcel is undelivered due to a full address not being correctly provided, we will resend your parcel for an additional £3.95 to cover the cost of postage and packaging.
