Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes! Our ingredients and finished products are all 100% vegan and cruelty-free.
How should I store my products?
We recommend storing your products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or heat sources. This is particularly important for our face and body oils.
What are the delivery options?
We send all orders via Royal Mail's Tracked 48 service, which means you should receive your products 2-3 days after ordering. You can upgrade to a faster service at checkout should you need to receive your products sooner.
We despatch online orders placed before 3pm on the same day. Orders placed after 3pm on weekdays, on Saturdays, Sundays and UK public holidays are processed the next business day.
You can return products to us unopened, unused and with their original packaging within calendar 14 days from the day after you receive your order. Please note that we do not accept returns of used products due to reasons of hygiene, health and safety.
Yes. We use glass bottles and jars for all of our products. Please remove labels from bottles before popping them in your glass recycling bin. The pumps and droppers can also be recycled. See the packaging tab on individual product pages for more information about the packaging components.
Our delivery packaging is also fully recyclable and compostable.Can I get free samples?

All Guiltless Skin products are made and bottled in the UK. We make everything ourselves and do not outsource any part of the production process to third parties.I need a question answered
