Used products

Please note that we do not accept returns of used products under any circumstances due to reasons of hygiene, health and safety. 

If you're unsure about investing in a full-sized product you haven't tried before, we recommend you explore our trial sizes first.

Unused products

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind after purchase. You can return your unopened and unused package to us within calendar 14 days from the day after you receive your order. 

We will notify you once your return is received and inspected. A refund will automatically be applied to your original payment method. We will not provide a refund if the products show any signs of use.

It is also your responsibility to ensure you obtain proof of postage when sending us any returned items. We will not accept liability or process a refund if we have not received your parcel and there is no proof of postage available.

 

Please note that cleansers need to be returned with unused and unopened face cloths. If face cloths are not returned or show any signs of use, we will deduct £3 per item from your refund.
