We’re committed to formulating the finest products using high-quality ingredients, but we understand that sometimes you may change your mind after purchase.
You can return products to us unopened, unused and with their original packaging within calendar 14 days from the day after you receive your order. Please note that we do not accept returns of used products due to reasons of hygiene, health and safety.
To let us know you’ll be returning a product, please complete the form below quoting your order number or place and date of purchase. Then post your product to: Guiltless Skin, PO Box 12537, Brentwood, CM14 9QP, United Kingdom.
We will send you an email to notify you once your return is received and inspected. A refund will automatically be applied to your original payment method. We will not provide a refund if the products show any signs of use.
Please note that cleansers need to be returned with unused and unopened face cloths. If face cloths are not returned, we will deduct £3 for each face cloth when refunding unused cleansers.
We can only replace items if they are damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please complete the form below quoting your order number or place and date of purchase.
